RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges provided there is a valid reason for the request. You have 14 working days from the date your order was placed to return an item for a refund or exchange. For pre-order items, the 14-day window begins on the day your order is delivered.
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. If an item is found to be worn, damaged, or in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to return it to the customer. In exceptional cases, our team may review the condition further, though this can delay your refund.
If you request an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges can take up to 21 working days to process. If a refund is approved, it will cover the item cost only, excluding any original shipping fees. Once issued, refunds are subject to your payment provider’s processing times.
